Bailey Banks & Biddle is small chain of jewelers with a long history. The first store opened in 1832, five years before Tiffany’s. The jeweler was also responsible for designing several seals of the federal government. The company saw great success over the next century opening many stores. The company was purchased and through a series of decisions fell into decline. They approached us to refresh their brand in a saturated market of discount diamonds, online stores and large mall chains.
